Terms and Conditions

• Fees are priced and invoiced per term and not per class.
• A discount of 10% applies to each second and subsequent class per student.
• A non-refundable registration fee must be paid in full upon enrolment. This fee covers administration and some material costs, and your first invoice will be sent out once your enrolment has been processed.
• Please note, as we often have children waiting for a position in a class, if your payment is not received by the due date, your child’s position cannot be guaranteed.
• Fees are to be fully paid by the invoice due date. If unpaid by the due date, a $35 administration/late fee will be added and class access is not available until full payment is made so that your child is covered by our insurance.
• Group Lessons: There is no refund/credit of term fees or part thereof.
• Individual Lessons: If notice of absence is provided 48 hours before the lesson commences or in case of sickness, 24 hours notice is given, then a make-up class can be organised. We are unable to refund term fees.
• All fees listed include GST, payment is by Credit Card and will incur a 1.75% surcharge.
• All communication will be via Email or Weekly Newsletter.

2025 English Class Fees

 (1 hour Classes) Interesting and Intriguing Stories (IIS), All Things Fun & Fascinating (AFF),  All Around the World (AATW)

• $369 – paid before each term begins, as per invoice. (Including GST)
• $1,364 per year(4 terms) – paid before commencement, as per invoice. (Including GST)

(1 Hour 20 mins Classes) Ancient History (AH), Medieval History (MH), Australia Past and Present (APP), Creativity, Invention and Text (CIT), Gateway to Senior Year (GSY), Comparative Literature Skills (CLS), In the Footsteps of Masters (IFM), Powers of Persuasion (POP)

• $435  – paid before each term begins, as per invoice. (Including GST)
• $1,628 per year(4 terms) – paid before commencement, as per invoice. (Including GST

• It works best for the Google Classroom setup as we can then see the child’s name displayed, making it easier to see who is in the class. This adds a level of protection, as we can quickly and easily identify any uninvited person.
• Also, your child can only access our student portal with their own email, as the parent has separate access, which has sensitive account information on it that they wouldn’t want their child to be privy to.
• It also protects any work submitted by your child from being accessed by strangers.

iCloud Email

Please do not use iCloud email addresses, as these do not work with Google Classroom. Most other email addresses are fine.
