Terms and Conditions

• Fees will be priced per term and NOT per class and invoiced per term.
• The full-term invoice is payable by the first class.
• Fees are to be fully paid by the invoice due date. If unpaid by the due date, a $35 administration/late fee will be added.
• Group Lessons: We cannot refund/credit term fees or part thereof.
• Individual Lessons: We are unable to refund term fees. If 48 hours notice of absence is provided before the lesson commences, or in case of sickness, 24 hours notice is given, then a make-up class can be organised.
• Payment options are by credit card, which will incur a 1.75% surcharge.
• A discount of 10% applies to each second and subsequent class per student.
• A non-refundable registration fee must be paid in full upon enrolment. This fee covers administration and some material costs.
• All fees listed include GST.

• $407 Regular – paid before term begins as per term dates
• $440 Late – paid after term begins

2023 Fees for Individual Students – per Lesson

Primary

• $70 Lower Primary (Prep to Grade 3)
• $75 Upper Primary (Grade 4-6)

Secondary

• $80 Lower Secondary (Grades 7-8)
• $85 Upper Secondary (Grades 9-10)
• $90 VCE (Grades 11-12)

• It works best for the Google Classroom setup as we can then see the child’s name displayed, making it easier to see who is in the class. This adds a level of protection, as we can quickly and easily identify any uninvited person.
• Also, your child can only access our student portal with their own email, as the parent has separate access, which has sensitive account information on it that they wouldn’t want their child to be privy to.
• It also protects any work submitted by your child from being accessed by strangers.

iCloud Email

Please do not use iCloud email addresses as these do not work with Google Classroom. Most other email addresses are fine.
