My boys have been with Mrs. McQuie for about four years, and not only have I seen a significant improvement in their writing skills, but their love of learning has also flourished. Having participated in many years of both online and in-person Specially 4 You classes as a homeschooler, I can honestly say that these classes are amongst the best curriculum's our family used. The knowledgeable teachers are both patient and kind which makes the learning process much more enjoyable, even when certain aspects are initially hard to grasp.I can proudly say that Specially 4 You Education has thoroughly equipped me with useful skills in all aspects of writing. The classes are diverse, and tackle real life topics, such as history, and racism while also teaching students how to write creatively and persuasively. Their multiplicity in subject matter and literature skills make sure you never have a dull, or unfulfilling moment.

All my children (primary and high school aged) love their S4YE classes! Both when they could attend in-person classes, and even now, we have moved interstate, and they are doing the online classes.Being homeschoolers, the classes don’t just take the strain off me as a parent in trying to make sure they are learning the right things at the right pace but also in providing them with a real sense of community. It’s a safe space to ask questions and share their ideas and work amongst other homeschooled kids.

Teacher Susanne has been amazing for my son. She is a very patient but firm teacher. Whenever I have questions she always takes time to listen. She has been my son's English tutor for a few years now and I am very grateful for the time and effort that she puts in in helping my child.
My kids really love attending their writing classes. I really like how the classes are structured and delivered. Even my son, who was a reluctant writer, enjoys and feels proud of the writing he produces.
Great program to help develop writing skills. Suzanne is engaging and draws out each child in the class. The regularity of writing, whilst introducing various genres and styles keeps the students interested and pushes them to grow. Very structured program. Encouraging the use of strong verbs, interesting adverbs and various sentence structures. Highly recommended!!
