Terms and Conditions

- Fees will be priced per term and NOT per class and invoiced per term.
- Enrolment is ongoing and will roll over to the next term unless notification is made in writing prior to the last Friday of the term. (Otherwise Full fees are applicable)
- The full-term invoice is payable by the first class.
- Fees are to be fully paid by the invoice due date. If unpaid by the due date, a $35 administration/late fee will be added.
- Group Lessons: We cannot refund/credit term fees or part thereof.
- Individual Lessons: We are unable to refund term fees. If notice of absence is provided 48 hours before the lesson commences or in case of sickness, 24 hours notice is given, then a make-up class can be organised.
- Payment options are by Credit Card and will incur a 1.75% surcharge.
- A discount of 10% applies to each second and subsequent class per student.
- A non-refundable registration fee must be paid in full upon enrolment. This fee covers administration and some material costs.
- All fees listed include GST.

2024 Class Fees – per term
Interesting and Intriguing Stories, All Things Fun and Fascinating & All Around the World
- $341 Regular – paid before next term begins as per term dates
- $374 Late – paid after term begins
Ancient History, Medieval History, Australia Past and Present, Advanced Writing Skills, Advanced Literature Skills & Who’s the Boss, Creativity, Invention and Text -CIT and Gateway to senior year -GSY
- $407 Regular – paid before term begins as per term dates
- $440 Late – paid after term begins
2024 Fees for Individual Students – per Lesson
Primary
- $70 Lower Primary (Prep to Grade 3)
- $75 Upper Primary (Grade 4-6)
Secondary
- $80 Lower Secondary (Grades 7-8)
- $85 Upper Secondary (Grades 9-10)
- $90 VCE (Grades 11-12)
These prices include the lessons, editing the student’s weekly homework submissions and an end of year booklet with their finalized pieces.
A non-refundable registration fee of $55 per child (including GST) is payable at the time of enrolment.
Your first invoice will be sent out once enrolment forms are received, in order to ensure your children are covered by S4YEs insurance. Without an enrolment form, your children will be unable to attend class.
