*When you submit this form, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable registration fee of $55 per child (including GST) covering administrative costs, plus a bank surcharge of 1.75%.
After you complete this form, you will receive an email invitation to our parent portal for communication purposes. You will need to create login details.
